Our prices are per apartment per day, including local-rate, taxes, all supplies and the final cleaning.
The use of our spa is included in the price.
Our flats are cleaned every day except Tuesdays and Sundays (except the kitchen/dining area).
We offer you a bread service every day (charged at cost) and a small tea buffet in the afternoon.
A free parking bay is booked for our guests directly next to the house.
We are able to issue your ski pass for the whole Arlberg area, as well as the Active Inclusive Card in summer, directly in our house.
On arrival, your flat will be ready for you from 3 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 a.m.
Your reservation is valid once we have received your deposit (30% of the accommodation price). In payment we accept cash, EC-card, Visa and Master card. Until we have received your deposit the flats are still available for rent.
Our house is a non-smoking house. For reasons of hygiene, dogs or any other pets are not allowed.
With any cancellations, early departures or late arrivals the room price will be calculated in accordance with the
austrian hotel regulations and -clauses.
