The local tax of € 5,09 per person (from 15 years of age) per day is charged additionally.

Our prices are per apartment and per day.  A normal end cleaning is also included in our prices.  Should extra cleaning be necessary due to heavy soiling, an extra cleaning fee of €300.00 will be charged.

The use of our sauna, and a free parking space next to our house, is included in the price.  

 

Our apartments are cleaned every Wednesday and Sunday (apart from the kitchen area).  We offer a daily bread delivery service (at extra charge according to use), or a well-filled breakfast etagere, also charged according to use.
 

We will arrange your ski pass for the entire Arlberg region, or your Lech-Card in summer.

Your apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival.  We kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10am on the day of departure.
Your reservation is considered fixed upon receipt of your deposit (50% of the price).  

 

The deposit is payable within 7 days of the date of booking.  We accept cash, debit card, Visa and Mastercard.  The apartment is free to book until receipt of your deposit.

We are a non-smoking house.  

Cancellation Fees: In the event of cancellation within 3 months before the agreed arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged. Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is equivalent to the deposit. Within the last 29 days before the agreed arrival date, 100% of the total accommodation price is due. We recommend obtaining travel cancellation insurance.
